About Us

Since 2016

Our factory - SIA MODUL 3 was founded in 2016 on the territory of the European Union in Latvia (Tukums, 60 km from Riga). The location is advantageous and convenient in regard to the ferry port of Riga as well as Liepāja and Ventspils ports that provide direct sea routs to the Nordic countries.

We focus on design, engineering and manufacturing of prefabricated timber frame elements and modular houses according to the order of the Client. We provide a Client with the delivery and assembly of elements/houses including all finishing works. 

We use a technology of wooden modular construction that allows us to build ecologically-clean and sustainable houses while saving energy and time. We manufacture modular units of high standard suitable for construction of multimodule buildings as well.

Our factory is located on the land lot of 1,5 ha and consists of the administrative office and the manufacturing workshop with a total area of 2000 m2.

At present we execute works on the construction of a new modern workshop (with two conveyor/assembly lines) with the total area of 2000 m2. The end of works is planned on the first quarter of 2022.

Our permanent staff includes archtectors, structural designers, engineers of different branches and also highly qualified workers that have vast experience in manufacture of timber frame modular houses according to the standards of the Nordic countries.

We are the member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and also the member of business incubator MAGNETIC.

We are aimed at cooperation and search for new partners as well as market outlets for our product promotion.
