Here is one more modular house that was delivered yesterday to our dear clients who live in Sweden, Blidö island. They have a very nice land with a beautiful nature view. But as it often happens it’s very difficult to deliver the whole house (in one module) to such places. However that is not an obstacle for us and in such cases we deliver the house in separate parts with fully manufactured and ready-to-installation elements.
The process of assembly and all final works take one week.

One more house was delivered to Sweden yesterday - Stockholm region (Saltsjö-Boo).
The house was designed and manufactured in accordance with individual requirements of the Client - it had to be in an architectural style similar to the main house located on the land lot.
We deliver our modular houses all over Europe - do not hesitate to ask us any kind of questions!

2 days ago one more house was delivered to Sweden - Älmhult (Southern Sweden). The house was designed and manufactured in accordance with individual requirements of the Client - it had to be in an architectural style similar to the main house located on the land lot. We managed to make it nice and harmonious!
The whole process of unloading and installation of the house took us 3 hours sharp including the connection of the house to the external utilities (electricity, water supply and sewerage) and installation of rainwater pipes.
We deliver our modular houses all over Europe!

One more modular house was delivered to Sweden (Furusund) yesterday. This is already the second delivery to Sweden this week.
It was a hard day for us but we remained strong in the face of challenge and in the end everything was successfully finished. We have the experience of difficult deliveries but this time we faced force majeure circumstance.
Instead of several hours we spent the whole day to deliver and unload the house on the Client’s land.
Today we still have some work to do: connection of external utilities to the house and everything will be finally done and ready for living!

Yesterday we delivered one more of our modular houses to Sweden (Stockholm). We continue the integration into the market of Sweden and the next step of this process was the installation of our demo house on the territory of Stockholmsmässan.
We chose SAMANTA Classic as a key model of demo house. It’s the most popular model of modular houses among Swedish clients.
In our opinion the demonstration of our product on the territory of Exhibition Center will stimulate the development of our brend - Ditt HoUSe - in the market of Sweden and increase the number of orders from our factory.

Today our first Demo House (Model LUCAS 60) has been presented in Russia. This modular house was produced at our factory in Russia – SWEDHUS (joint company of MODUL 3 and MaxHouse).
Russian market of modular housebuilding is relatively young but develops rapidly. The development of the market boosts the growth of customers’ request for more modern (technical) product and of high quality.
We wish SWEDHUS success and prosperity!

Today we have delivered and installed another modular house branded as Ditt HoUSe (our Swedish brand). It was a tough task due to the place for house installation situated in depth of the land plot and we had to use several cranes to reach the target.
We were afraid that we would have to remove some shrubs and trees but thanks to exquisite work of crane operators and erectors everything went well without any damage to the nature.
We would like to thank all the participants of this process!
